12U Coaches

Our voluneer coaches have been coaching this team since 2014.

Jeb Scarborough has been a coach with the All Out Organization for the past 5 years. Currently he's the head coach for the 12U team,

primarily coaching infield/outfield and is the 1st base coach. Prior to coaching for All Out, he started coaching for Union City National

Little League in 2004. Through the many years of coaching he has coached at different levels, mentored many young men and has

provided them with the tools to not only become better ball players but also better young men. The two mottos he truly believes in

are "Do your job" and "Give 100%".

2002-2009, coached baseball at (UNCLL) Union City National Little League.

2010, coached baseball at (NALL) Newark American Little League.

2012, coached softball at (NGSL) Newark Girls Softball League.

2013, coached the senior division at (UCNLL) Union City National Little League.

2014, helped start up the 8U All Out travel team and currently working with the pitchers and catchers.

Also was a Head Coach at (FFL) Fremont Football League from 2005-2012.
